These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ProTech CCTV website and purchase of products and services from us. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products & Services

Physical CCTV Equipment: We sell genuine CCTV equipment from authorised suppliers. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Products are sold subject to availability.

Technical Support Services: We provide 12-month technical support packages covering setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and user training. See our Technical Support Policy for full details.

2. Orders & Pricing

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We send an order confirmation email. The order becomes binding when we despatch items. All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Delivery charges shown separately.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full before despatch. We process payments securely. Your payment details are not stored on our servers.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Please refer to our Delivery & Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to your address. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. In addition to the return options below, you have statutory consumer rights under UK law. Physical goods can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Technical support services are subject to the cancellation rules in the Technical Support Policy.

6. Warranties & Liability

Manufacturer Warranty: All new CCTV equipment comes with manufacturer warranty. Refer to product documentation.

Our Liability: We are responsible for goods being as described and fit for purpose. We are NOT liable for data loss, financial losses from downtime, issues from customer misuse, or issues from third-party products. Our total liability is limited to the value of goods purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content is our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

8. Website Use

You agree to use the website lawfully, not transmit malware, not attempt unauthorised access, and not engage in fraud or illegal activity.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using our site, you consent to those practices.

10. Complaints & Disputes

For complaints, email info@protechcctv.uk with order number and details. We will respond within 10 working days. This contract is governed by English law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
